This is the designated accommodation provided for all treavelling and sponsored delegates (speaker/presenters, chairs, and discussants).

*Non-sponsored delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation and all related costs during their stay.

Once you have arrived at Bulding F, gain access to the auditorium on the 2nd floor via the stairwell or lift

The venue is about 60 minutes car-ride from Soekarno Hatta International Airport and 30+ minutes car-ride from the Margo Hotel (Accommodation). There are no designated/direct public transport, hence a shuttle bus service is provided by the conference.

Shuttle Bus

Exclusive for invited participants (presenters, chairs, discussants, etc.) who are arriving from overseas/out of town and will reside at the designated accommodation, there will be a shuttle bus to help you mobilize to and from the accommodation/venue easily.

Via Commuter Line / KRL

Commuter Line Route > Jakarta Kota - Bogor
Enlight + Exit the Universitas Indonesia Station
5 min. walk heading west/southwest
Once you find the FISIP bus stop, follow video guide or the campus map provided to head to F Building

Via Feeder Busway / Transjakarta

Route D21 (Lebak Bulus - UI) or 4B (Manggarai - UI)

Enlight at Universitas Indonesia (UI) stop

Transfer to the Blue Line Campus Bus at the same stop
Enlight at FISIP stop, follow video guide or the campus map provided to head to F Building, FISIP UI

Route D11 (BKN-Depok)

Enlight at St. Depok Baru or St. Depok stop

Transfer to the commuter line (KRL) to Jakarta Kota/Manggarai and enlight at Universitas Indonesia station

Local Currency

Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is the local currency used in Indonesia. Currency exchange services are available at the airport, but not much around the accommodation. You are advised to use the eschange services at the airport upon arrival should you want to have cash in hand.

Majority of stores do accept Visas and Mastercard transactions, and prefer cashless transaction with QRIS or cards.

The City of Depok

Depok (Betawi: Dèpok) is a landlocked city in West Java province. It is located directly south of Jakarta, and it is the third largest urban center in the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area after Jakarta and Bekasi, covering an area of about 199.91 km2. Climate & Weather

Depok is tipically pretty humid and hot, but it is currently experiencing high precipitation with cloudy skies and constant rain sind the end of last year. Participants are advised to bring umbrellas and wear/have rain coats, parkas, and or wind-breaker to stay dry and warm.
